JOB PURPOSE This role is part of our Creative & Media team based in Rotterdam and Amsterdam. Our team is a vibrant mix of talents, ranging from Creatives, Influencer Marketers, Brand & Content Strategists to Account Managers, Programmatic and Marketing Automation Consultants.Together, we blend imaginative storytelling and performance-driven strategies with cutting-edge technology to create engaging digital experiences that build lasting relationships with our clients. WHAT YOU’LL DO • Being able to spot client challenges together with the team member and knowing how to stimulate the team member to work towards a solution; • Lean into automation and use of data within campaigns, including utilizing AI to improve performance; • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports to clients, highlighting key metrics and recommendations for improvement; • Stay informed about changes in search engine algorithms and adjust strategies accordingly • Drive innovation within the Paid Search team by championing new approaches, frameworks, and performance methodologies. • Deliver compelling presentations and communicate complex concepts clearly during sales meetings and client workshops. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and alignment with client goals; • Direct point of contact with the client and being the POC for any SEA related matter; • Growing the client by upselling. WHAT YOU BRING • Extensive (at least 5 years) experience in creating, managing and optimizing paid search & shopping campaigns, preferably within a digital agency or similar environment; • Have a self-confident, competent and empathetic appearance with which you manage to convince colleagues as well as clients of your ideas; • Strong knowledge of paid search platforms, such as Google Ads and Bing Ads; • Proven track record of driving results and optimizing campaigns to meet client objectives; • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive campaign optimization; • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to clients and internal stakeholders; • Are analytical, flexible and can work independently; • Can present complex results in clear and understandable language; • Nice to have: Experience in mentoring/guiding co-worker(s) or a team of digital specialists; • Directly available to start working from either our Amsterdam or Rotterdam office; • Full working proficiency in English; WE OFFER • A flexible, hybrid working policy (2-3 days from the office, depending on location) and the opportunity to work from abroad for 13 weeks a year. • 24 vacation days per year and the possibility to buy an unlimited number of extra vacation days. • DEPT®/YOU Learning Menu and DEPT®/YOU Special Programs.
